General Manager's Address
Firstly, Mr. Li, on behalf of the company, warmly congratulates and sincerely thanks the excellent teams and individuals who have won awards. Then, he summarizes and reviews the sales data, production data, shipment data, and other aspects of the first half of 2025, and points out the highlights and shortcomings of each department's work in the first half of 2025. Finally, Mr. Li has made the following plans for the key tasks at the company level in the second half of 2025:
1. Overseas core project promotion: mainly includes potential customer projects and packaging optimization projects in Southeast Asia, Europe, South Korea, and Russia;
2. Improvement of overseas product structure;
3. Continuously promote product innovation;
4. Continuously promote the increase of domestic small kitchen treasures and double gallbladder products;
5. The special promotion of national standard switching is currently required to complete the switching of all products that have been determined to be mass-produced before September 1st;
6. Follow up on the digestion of stagnant materials and overdue inventory, and strengthen the prevention system;
7. Strengthen the capability of the component process team and recruit bottleneck positions as soon as possible;
8. Special efforts will be made to improve the quality indicators of some parts in the component workshop that have not met the standards. The top priority is to increase the qualification rate of double core welding and control the return rate of enamel;
9. Talent recruitment, team growth, and establishment of learning mechanisms;
10. Promote the implementation of the 'Lean Start Again Project', systematically and comprehensively enhance the improvement atmosphere, ability, and efficiency.
Dear colleagues, in the current domestic market environment where real estate and consumption continue to be sluggish, top brands continue to sink, and the OEM market continues to contract, we cannot afford to slack off in the domestic market in order to survive. At the same time, in order to develop, we must continue to promote the company's overseas transformation. Now we need to both maintain domestic sales and develop export sales, which requires our team to put in more hard work and effort in a down-to-earth manner.
