General Manager's Address

 Firstly, Mr. Li, on behalf of the company, warmly congratulates and sincerely thanks the excellent teams and individuals who have won awards. Then, he summarizes and reviews the sales data, production data, and shipment data for 2024, and points out the highlights and shortcomings of each department's work in 2024. Finally, Mr. Li has made the following plans for the key tasks at the company level in 2025:
1. Comprehensive consolidation of overseas business expansion backend capabilities;
2. Hold onto major domestic clients, develop new clients, and provide excellent brand services;
3. Promote Chubao, double gallbladder, and high-capacity products globally;
4. Continuously improve the quality of the inner liner;
5. Ultimate cost and cost reduction promotion;
6. Improve overall assembly efficiency and maximize the use of labor for components;
7. Reduce the three returns of components (reflow soldering, reflow coating, and reflow spraying);
8. Improvement of middle-level/grassroots/reserve capabilities;
9. Promote manufacturing automation/reduced manpower;
10. Improve factory logistics and enhance overseas container loading efficiency.
